Life and such again.I mentioned in my last journal, and now have posted my picture of Alis from Down the Rabbit Hole as a modern, darker version of a fairytale. Now, I keep thinking about it, and I keep coming up with really good ideas on these things! I've started writing and hopefully will finish during fall break this upcoming weekend a short story version of Little Red Riding Hood in this same style. In my version, Little Red is part of a gang (the Riders) whose rivals are another gang (the Wolves). Granny is just a nickname for a gang member, just like Red's nickname comes from the red hat she always wears (the origonal name of Red Riding Hood is "Little Red Cap"). So yeah, we'll see how this turns out, but I'm planning on submitting it to the Literary arts magazine, along with some poetry and song lyrics. We'll see what happens.
